How to use the MyCNBox spreadsheet
A spreadsheet is a list of listings. This page is about the part before you buy: finding an item, reading its source, and knowing which costs are still unknown when you click through.
What this page covers. These are the steps before you buy. It does not quote fee percentages, storage limits, delivery estimates, coupon terms or refund windows — those are set by the agent platform you choose, change over time, and should be read there before you order.
1. Find an item
There are two ways in. Browse the categories or the finds grid on the home page, or use the search box, which submits your keyword to HaulSpreadsheet’s own search and opens the full catalogue — not just the finds shown here. Either route lands you on a real source listing.
Product titles on this site are the seller’s own product names. They are useful for recognising an item, but the thing that actually identifies the product is its marketplace item number, shown on the source listing.
2. Check the source listing
Open the listing on HaulSpreadsheet before you decide anything. Read the seller’s description, look at every photo rather than the first, and note the ¥ price and the item number. This site shows the ¥ figure with an approximate US-dollar estimate, but the listing is where you confirm it.
Treat a listing as one seller’s offer, not a verified fact. The same design often appears from several sellers at different prices, and nothing here has been inspected.
3. Read the sizes and the photos
Size letters are not standardised across sellers. Use the seller’s own measurement chart — chest, length, waist, inseam — and compare it to a garment you already own, not to your usual label.

4. Know which costs come later
The ¥ price is the item price only. Domestic shipping within China, any agent service fee, international shipping and destination duty or tax are all separate, and most are only quoted after the item reaches the agent’s warehouse. How the ¥ price relates to what you actually pay →
5. Do the agent step on the agent platform
The buying, paying, warehousing and shipping all happen on the agent platform you choose, not on this site. The source listing carries the agent links it was published with; you pick one there. This directory stops at the listing.
